Yes, there are many cases of systems used in recruitment that learn to discriminate. Often it is either pieces of data on candidates CVs/Resumes such as name, gender or location that have adversely impacted people in the past. This is one of the reasons why we have chosen not to use CV, but rather fill out a structured questionnaire.

We have carefully seperated any information in our system that is not needed for the purposes of job matching and may cause a bias. We have also taken a different approach to what's in the market today, we focus on matching structured data from both sides vs leaving it up to AI to decide.
